What payment options are available when I buy from LCF?
We accept a variety of payment methods. The following payment methods can be used at LCF.
  • Prepaid Company Cheque
  • Visa / MasterCard
  • Money Order or Bank Draft
  • Cash on Delivery(COD)
  • Net 30days Payment
  • Electronic Fund Transfer
Does LCF have terms and credit accounts?
As a business client or reseller, you and your company are eligible to apply for a corporate account, with business cheques as payments up to net 30days terms, depending for the credit approval. Please feel free to consult with our sale representatives for more details.
What warranty do I get with products which I have bought?
We warrants products to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days for OEM packages from the original Invoice date unless stated otherwise on the product page or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. After that period, items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty for 1 year, however; items may vary depending on the product in question.
What taxes do I pay?
All the orders shipping within BC will be charged the applicable HST. GST will be charged for all orders shipped to Canadian address, except for Government orders and order bound to destination where GST is exempt. HST will be charged to resident of Ontario, New Brunsick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
How does LCF ship my order / What shipping methods are available?
We strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. Every package leaving LCF is carefully packaged by us before shipping. Some large products, such as monitors, will be shipped in its original packaging. All Canadian orders will be shipped from our warehouse and also your items will be shipped safety by UPS, Purolator or Canada Post.
How do I obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) from LCF?
If there is a problem with your product(s), our technicians are willing to help you solve the problem. Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold with a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If your products are found to be defective, you can ship them back to LCF with a RMA number obtained from our Service and Technical Department. If you need to obtain an RMA, you can fill out our RMA Form or contact our Service and Technical Department.

Our technical support office hours are from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time). Please feel free to contact our service department at 604-214-0388 to assist your technical inquires.
